- Replace your furnace/AC air filter; set up an ongoing schedule to replace on a monthly or bi monthly schedule. Maintaining a clean filter is a sure way to extend the life of your furnace/ AC unit, reduce energy cost and reduce household dust and pollen.
- Inspect appliance & light fixture cords and extension cords for frayed wires or exposed wiring. Replace any suspicious cords.
We at J.L. Tippett Construction are absolutely over the moon in announcing to you the latest addition to one of our employees family. We are proud to share with you the latest member to the Tippett clan. Steve and Christina Tippett welcomed their third child, Lucas Matthew Tippett, who was born on February 4th, at 10:56 am, in Reston, VA. A healthy and happy baby, he weighed 8 pounds and 5 ounces at birth and 21-1/2 inches long. The entire family is doing great and big brother Joshua, and big sis, Mackenzie seem to be adjusting well. Lucas is the 8th grandchild of Jay and Cherie Tippett.
